Your role will involve solving the daily LeetCode question and recording a detailed video explanation of the solution. It is essential to ensure that the explanation is clear, concise, and beginner-friendly. Submitting the recorded video to the company daily is part of your responsibilities, and it is important to note that the ownership of the video will belong to the company after submission. Your qualifications should include a B.Tech or any graduate degree with a keen interest in coding and experience in teaching programming concepts. Strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with data structures and algorithms, and the ability to explain solutions in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner are necessary. Fluency in English or Hindi for clear communication is required. Experience in creating educational content is preferred but not mandatory. The hiring process consists of one round of technical interviews to assess your problem-solving and teaching skills.
