B2B Sales Trainer

As a B2B inhouse sales trainer for a company in Hyderabad, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Having ground level experience of working on target-based sales, preferably starting as a sales executive at a retail store and progressing to a trainer role. - Experience in training B2B and B2C in-store retail staff, especially target-based sales executives. - Keen interest in learning new skills and domains. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have a background in technology, although it is not mandatory. In this role, you must possess the following skills: - Excellent training and engagement abilities. - Strong communication skills. - High energy levels. - Eagerness to explore new opportunities. - Motivation to learn and invest efforts in the knowledge-building process, such as visiting stores to gain a deeper understanding. Please note that the position is on a contract basis, and candidates should not be employed full-time elsewhere. Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Tamil is required for effective communication in this role.
