Manage end-to-end execution of investment banking transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. 2. Lead or assist in financial, legal, and operational due diligence for transactions. 3. Prepare financial analyses, models, valuations, and presentations to support deal execution and strategic decision-making. 4. Liaise with banks to monitor transaction progress, resolve issues, and ensure seamless execution. 5. Lead client meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and counterparties, delivering consistent, high-quality service. 7. Respond to client queries promptly and clearly, ensuring effective issue resolution. 8. Coordinate transaction-related activities and finalize documentation to ensure successful closure and compliance. 9. Prepare deal-related materials, including executive summaries, financial models, and presentations. Qualifications: · Qualified CA in first attempt. · Minimum Experience of 1 years in a related field · Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment · Ability to work as part of a team. · Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
