  • Assisting in formulating the Training Calendar and monitoring it:
  • Collaborate with the Programme Manager and Training teams to create a training calendar.
  • Monitor the training calendar to ensure that all training sessions are conducted as planned and reschedule any cancelled or missed training sessions.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of the training calendar

Monitoring And Observing Training Effectiveness

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs by collecting and analysing feedback from apprentices and trainers.
  • Identify areas of improvement and recommend necessary changes to the training program.
  • Work with the trainers and SMEs to ensure training programs are up-to- date with current trends and technologies.

Managing The LMS System

  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure all training materials are available to the apprentices.
  • Update the LMS system regularly with new training content and resources.
  • Track the progress of apprentices on the LMS system and provide feedback to trainers and Programme team.

Engaging With Stakeholders

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their training needs and requirements.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about the training programs, schedules, and any changes.
  • Address any concerns or feedback from stakeholders related to the training programs

Identification Of SMEs And Trainers

  • Identify Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Trainers to develop and deliver training programs.
  • Coordinate with SMEs and trainers to develop training materials and ensure they are delivered effectively.
  • Evaluate the performance of SMEs and trainers and provide feedback for improvement.

Generating And Maintaining MIS

  • Generate and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to track the progress of training programs.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports to provide stakeholders with the necessary information.
  • Analyze the data to identify trends, gaps, and areas of improvement.

Co-creating Training Content

  • Co-create training content with SMEs and trainers to ensure the training material is relevant, engaging, and effective.
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and job aids.
  • Ensure the training content aligns with the organisation's learning objectives and supports the overall training strategy.
