Job Description

As a Training Coordinator, your role will involve overseeing all training activities within the organization to enhance workforce skills and performance. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and coordinating training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews - Designing, scheduling, and coordinating training sessions and workshops - Tracking training using a monthly training calendar - Liaising with internal teams and utilizing approved training content on existing or proposed software and AI tools - Maintaining training calendars, attendance records, and feedback reports - Evaluating training effectiveness and implementing improvements as necessary - Managing training budgets and resources efficiently - Supporting onboarding programs for new hires To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field - Proven experience in coordinating training programs - Strong organizational, communication, and soft skills - Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS) - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred: - A degree in Human Resources - Experience with e-learning tools and digital training platforms This is a full-time position with an in-person work location.
