Job Summary:
As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, and managing training programs for employees or clients. You will ensure smooth execution of training sessions, coordinate with trainers, and maintain training records.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions.
- Communicate with trainers and trainees to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain training records and documentation.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback.
- Handle queries related to training programs.
- Ensure compliance with company training policies.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of training methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in coordinating training programs.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple training sessions.
