Job Summary:

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to support our sales training programs. The role involves coordinating training schedules, handling participant communication, maintaining records, and assisting trainers to ensure smooth training operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day training operations and schedules.
• Manage participant registrations, attendance, and feedback forms.
• Support trainers and participants with logistical and technical help.
• Maintain training documents, records, and reports.
• Assist in preparing presentations, quizzes, and training materials.
• Communicate with participants and stakeholders about sessions and updates.
• Help organize both online and offline training sessions.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
