The training programs are highly technical in nature.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordination of Training events.
• Preparation of training material/ relevant notes of various courses as per course design.
• Orientation and guidance of trainees/trainers;
• Maintenance of student attendance and assessment score of trainees as applicable;
• Collecting feedback from students about training programs
• Maintenance and upkeep of training rooms;
• Requisitioning and maintenance of training aids.
• Printing of training material for training at field locations - in house/ vendor printing and binding;
• Preparation of course certificates for training at Field locations and Certificates/Detention Certificates
• Coordination with warehouse for inward/outward movement of training material;
• Photography of various events and management of photographs records;
• Coordinating and supporting end-to-end process of training programs;
• Assisting with updates and revisions to training program-related processes, procedures, and supporting documentation;
• Coordinate all administrative arrangements (including catering) for training events.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Equivalent from a recognized institution - Preferably a technical diploma holder;

Proficient in MS Office use;

Good communication skills in both Hindi as well as English.
