Training Consultant

As a Training Specialist at Wipro Limited, you will play a crucial role in leading Talent Transformation initiatives and designing innovative training strategies to meet client needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading all Talent Transformation initiatives and designing and implementing training strategies - Aligning with clients and operations on training objectives - Guiding Trainers and managing various training programs - Facilitating client visits, QBRs, and due diligence sessions To excel in this role, you should possess the following key skills: - Strategic training planning and client communication - Stakeholder engagement and team management - Coaching, facilitation, and influencing skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PPT) - Reporting and analytical capabilities Additionally, desirable skills include alignment with risk/compliance, workshop execution, QBR planning, exposure to OD, and familiarity with tech-enabled learning strategies.
