Training Consultant

Role Overview: Wipro Limited, a leading technology services and consulting company, is looking for a candidate to work the Night Shift from the office in Chennai. As a Training Specialist, your role will involve leading all Talent Transformation initiatives, designing and implementing training strategies, aligning with clients and operations on training objectives, guiding Trainers, planning and managing various training programs, and facilitating client visits, QBRs, and due diligence sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategic training planning - Communicate effectively with clients - Engage stakeholders and manage teams - Provide coaching and facilitation - Demonstrate influencing skills - Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PPT) - Possess reporting and analytical capabilities - Align with risk/compliance and workshop execution - Plan QBRs and exposure to OD - Familiarity with tech-enabled learning strategies Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree - Minimum 5+ months of total experience - At least 2+ years in training roles - Experience in training delivery, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation - Background in media/process training preferred - English-Spoken & Written at B2/C1 level - Experience range of 5-8 years in Training Additional Company Details: Wipro Limited is committed to assisting customers, colleagues, and communities in thriving amidst a constantly evolving world.
