Training Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Initial Client Outreach

  : Make daily outbound phone calls to prospective students and IT professionals who have shown interest in enhancing their skills.

• Company & Course Introduction

  : Learn to effectively introduce GVCG's mission and clearly explain our wide range of training courses, certifications, and consulting services.

• Understanding Needs

  : Engage in active listening to understand individuals' career goals, current challenges, and areas where they seek development.

• Value Communication

  : Articulate the importance of continuous learning and professional upskilling, highlighting how GVCG's programs can directly benefit their career progression.

• Career Pathway Suggestions

  : Under guidance, learn to suggest relevant career paths and demonstrate how GVCG's courses can serve as a stepping stone to their desired professional future.

• Information Support

  : Provide accurate information about course details, schedules, pricing, and enrollment procedures.

• Build Connections

  : Begin building rapport and professional relationships with potential clients over the phone.

• Basic CRM Entry:

  Learn to accurately log and manage client interactions and data within our CRM system.

• Team Collaboration

Who We're Looking For

• Recent Graduate / Fresher:

  A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (e.g., B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., B.Tech, BCA, BBA) completed in [mention recent years, e.g., 2022, 2023, 2024].

• Excellent Communication Skills:

  Strong verbal communication in English, Telugu and Hindi with a clear and engaging phone presence.
