In your role, you oversee the operational aspects of Earth-Lab, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards. Collaborating with the Director of Sustainability, you coordinate sustainability initiatives, projects, and training programs. Upholding policies, procedures, and ethical practices, you stay informed about industry trends to implement relevant sustainability practices aligned with Six Senses policies. Interacting professionally with guests and hosts, you seek feedback and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene. Your role involves greeting visitors, handling inquiries, leading Sustainability Fund Projects, engaging with the local community, analyzing sustainability data, organizing activities, and liaising with other Earth-Labs within the Six Senses network. To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Sustainability or relevant fields, certification in Environmental Management, over 5 years of experience in sustainability, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and fluency in English.
