Job Description

Description

We are looking for a Trainer with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for our employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for employees across various levels and functions
Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and job aids
Conduct training needs analysis and develop targeted training solutions
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
Stay up-to-date with training trends and best practices

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2-6 years of experience in training and development
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong facilitation and coaching skills
Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
Knowledge of training evaluation methods and metrics
