Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for various audiences, including new hires, existing employees, and leadership teams.
Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop customized training solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align training initiatives accordingly.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets industry standards.
Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in corporate training or a related field (BPO/Call Centre).
Strong understanding of soft skills, process training, product training, customer service training, behavioral training, coaching techniques.
Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information effectively.
