The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for technical support / e-commerce sales teams . You will play a crucial role in ensuring our agents are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets. Candidates should be fluent in English and Hindi communications. Immediate joiner preferred or maximum 15 days' notice period can consider. CTC (Subject to experience and last drawn): Technical Support Trainer - Max. 7 LPA Key Account Management Trainer - Max. 6 LPA Experience: Minimum 3 years of overall experience in BPO Industry. Key Account Management Trainer - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer handling e-commerce sales (Key Account Management) business. Technical Support Trainer - Minimum 1 year as a Trainer in BPO Technical support Process. Roles and Responsibilities Design and deliver process training programs for technical support / e-commerce (KAM) teams. Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules. Conduct classroom-based training sessions as well as virtual training through webinars or video conferencing. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to improve performance.
