Trainer

1. Role Overview

The SAP Trainer will teach one or multiple SAP modules (Technical & Functional) such as ABAP, FICO, MM, PP, SD, and more.
The faculty is responsible for training students, corporate trainees, freshers, and working professionals on SAP systems, delivering hands-on practical sessions, and preparing them for real-time scenarios.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Training Delivery

• Conduct training sessions for SAP modules:
• Technical: ABAP, BASIS, HANA
• Functional: FICO, MM, PP, SD, HCM, QM, WM
• Teach using:
• Real-time business processes
• Practical scenarios
• SAP GUI demonstrations
• Case studies
• Provide hands-on training on:
• Configurations
• Customization
• Transactions
• Reports
• Integration of modules

B. Curriculum Development

• Prepare:
• Training materials
• PPTs
• Study notes
• Practical assignments
• Step-by-step configuration documents
• Update curriculum based on:
• SAP version changes
• S/4HANA updates
• Industry best practices

C. Practical & Real-Time Scenarios

• Demonstrate SAP projects using:
• Business workflows
• Document flow in SAP
• SD–MM–FI integration
• Procurement cycle
• Production planning scenarios
• Provide mini-projects and real-time cases for practice.

D. Student/Corporate Mentorship

• Conduct:
• Doubt-solving sessions
• Interview preparation
• Certification guidance
• Resume-building workshops for SAP profiles
• Help students understand real industry requirements and SAP job roles.

E. Assessment & Evaluation

• Conduct module-wise assessments
• Provide feedback and performance reports
• Evaluate practical tasks and assignments
• Prepare mock interviews & scenario-based questions

F. Corporate Training (Optional)

• Deliver programs for corporate clients as per industry requirements.
• Customize training modules based on company workflow.

3. Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (ABAP/FICO/MM/PP/SD).
• Complete understanding of business processes related to:
• Finance & Accounting (FICO)
• Procurement (MM)
• Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Manufacturing (PP)
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Good understanding of integration between modules.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and teaching skills.
• Ability to simplify complex SAP concepts for beginners.
• Strong real-time project experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in:
• Computer Science
• IT
• Commerce
• Engineering
• Business Administration
• SAP certification in respective modules is highly preferred.
• Candidates with corporate SAP implementation experience will be prioritized.
• 2–10 years of SAP experience (teaching or corporate).
• Experience in SAP implementation/support projects preferred.
• Freshers with certification and strong demo skills may be considered for junior roles.

Pay: ₹150.00 - ₹300.00 per day
