Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer located in Ahmedabad. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on Accounts & Taxation courses, developing training materials, and providing individual support to students. The Trainer will also need to track student progress, prepare progress reports, and ensure that the curriculum meets industry standards. The role involves collaborating with the Research and Development team to keep the course content relevant and updated.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounts and Taxation
• Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Computerised Accounting software
• Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience with vocational training or teaching is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
