Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs to ensure that the staff is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Your main responsibilities will include developing training programs aligned with the organization's objectives, incorporating effective instructional design principles, coordinating training schedules, conducting training needs assessments, and creating interactive training materials.
