Job Title: Trainer

Job Purpose:

To design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs for employees, with a special focus on onboarding new products. The Trainer plays a pivotal role in ensuring staff are equipped with up-to-date knowledge and skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions covering company procedures, skill development, and new product launches.
• Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
• Prepare training materials (manuals, handouts) focusing on product features, applications, and best practices.
• Schedule and coordinate training activities so employees receive timely product knowledge.
• Facilitate individual and group workshops, adapting methods to diverse learner needs.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees as needed, supporting their professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in employee or product training, preferably within a multicultural organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.
• Proficiency in using training delivery tools (virtual platforms, LMS).
• Ability to quickly learn new product details and translate them into accessible training modules.
• Proficiency in a foreign language such as Japanese, Spanish, or German is highly desirable.
• Experience in delivering trainings to medical students or healthcare professionals is a strong plus.
