Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer with strong knowledge of Travel Processes and hands-on expertise in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre). The role involves conducting training programs for new hires and existing employees, creating training modules, and driving continuous learning initiatives to enhance team capability and performance.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions on Travel Processes and GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
• Deliver Basic Training as well as specialized process-specific training modules.
• Prepare training workflows, documentation, and process guidelines.
• Design, update, and maintain training materials, exercises, and assessments.
• Create innovative approaches to address training-related challenges.
• Handle queries and provide post-training support to employees.
• Perform defect analysis, evaluate skill gaps, and recommend refresher trainings.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness.
