Job Description:
SkyTech Aviation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Aviation Trainer for our Indore branch. This role is ideal for ex-cabin crew professionals who are passionate about sharing their expertise and guiding the next generation of aviation professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for aviation students on grooming, hospitality, safety, and in-flight services.
• Mentor and prepare students for careers in the aviation industry.
• Ensure high-quality training delivery in line with industry standards.
• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Must be an Ex-Cabin Crew with prior flying experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of aviation standards, grooming, and customer service.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
