Job Title: Trainer Job Purpose: To design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs for employees, with a special focus on onboarding new products. The Trainer plays a pivotal role in ensuring staff are equipped with up-to-date knowledge and skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Key Responsibilities (KRA): Develop and deliver engaging training sessions covering company procedures, skill development, and new product launches. Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and identify skill gaps. Prepare training materials (manuals, handouts) focusing on product features, applications, and best practices. Schedule and coordinate training activities so employees receive timely product knowledge. Facilitate individual and group workshops, adapting methods to diverse learner needs. . Provide coaching and mentoring to employees as needed, supporting their professional growth. Qualifications & Skills: 2+ years of experience in employee or product training, preferably within a multicultural organization. Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills. Proficiency in using training delivery tools (virtual platforms, LMS). Ability to quickly learn new product details and translate them into accessible training modules. Proficiency in a foreign language such as Japanese, Spanish, or German is highly desirable. Experience in delivering trainings to medical students or healthcare professionals is a strong plus.
