Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls where required.
  • Support in maintaining candidate records and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and offer letters.
  • Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding formalities.
  • Participate in campus hiring activities and job fairs.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed. What You Will Learn
