Position Overview

Talent Acquisition Intern (IT Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities

Support the recruitment team in various stages of the hiring process requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
Learn to collaborate with technical teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.).
Maintain and update candidate databases; help build a strong pipeline for ongoing and future roles.
Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders.
Stay informed about current trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
