Key Responsibilities:


● Doing End-to-end Recruitment

● Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, such as newspapers, websites, and magazines.

● Using social media to advertise positions attracts candidates and builds relationships with candidates and employers.

● Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be at work; using candidate databases to match the right person to the organization vacancy.

● Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants.

● Briefing the candidate about the job's responsibilities, salary, and benefits.

● Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the Management.

● Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.

● Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed.

● You will be working with key stakeholders of Zyoin and help us hire the right talent for our customers.
