Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee in Sample Collection at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Collect and process samples from various sources with precision and accuracy.
Ensure proper handling and storage of biological samples to maintain their integrity.
Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure timely sample delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sample collection and processing activities.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during sample collection.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve sample quality and reduce errors.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or clinical research principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues and clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software applications is an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot sample collection issues.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
