Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a US IT Sales Recruiter. The primary responsibilities include identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified IT professionals for open roles in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions. Daily tasks involve sourcing candidates using various channels, performing initial screenings, maintaining a candidate database, and building sustainable relationships with clients and talent. The recruiter will play a critical role in understanding client staffing needs and working collaboratively to meet recruitment objectives effectively.

• Proficient in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for various positions, including contract and permanent roles.
• Skills in relationship building and identifying client needs to match candidates effectively.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage recruitment cycles autonomously with time management and organizational capabilities.
• Familiarity with conducting background checks and ensuring a thorough screening process.
• Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
