• Learn and support

  end-to-end US recruitment

  (IT & Non-IT roles)
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Conduct initial screenings for communication and fit
• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS
• Collaborate with senior recruiters on live positions

👥 Who Can Apply

• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience

• Graduates:

  B.Sc, BCA, BE, B.Tech (any specialization)

• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Willingness to work in the
