Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Trainee Recruiter to support our full-cycle recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in HR and Talent Acquisition. You will be trained to source, screen, and engage potential candidates, ensuring a positive experience and helping us build a strong talent pipeline for various technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates:

    Learn to use various channels to find potential candidates (e.g., job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn, social media, internal database).
  • Screening & Shortlisting:

    Review resumes and applications to match candidate profiles with job requirements.
  • Initial Outreach:

    Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidates' basic qualifications, salary expectations, and interest.
  • Coordination:

    Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
  • Candidate Engagement:

    Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Database Management:

    Update and maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR database.
  • Support:

    Assist the senior recruitment team with administrative tasks, job postings, and offer management.
  • Market Research:

    Learn to gather market intelligence on industry trends and hiring best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • No prior experience is required;

    we provide comprehensive training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong desire to build a career in recruitment and human resources.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen learner who is attentive to detail and highly organized.
