Trainee Recruiter

As a Trainee Recruiter, you will be part of the recruitment team, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. You will have the chance to assist in various recruitment activities such as sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals and social media platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and job postings. This role offers real-time hiring exposure and the opportunity to learn and apply best practices in the recruitment lifecycle. To be eligible for this position, you must have completed graduation, demonstrate a basic understanding or interest in recruitment and human resources, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
