Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Trainee Recruiter to support recruitment and mobilization efforts for our Learn & Earn programs. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating with partners, and managing recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen students/trainees
• Assist in recruitment drives and mobilization
• Coordinate with institutions and industry partners
• Maintain candidate data and documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge
• Willingness to learn and grow
