Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement:

Design, implement, and manage employee engagement programs that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee morale.
Develop and execute strategies to boost employee participation in organizational activities, workshops, and team-building events.
Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in engagement.
Organize and facilitate initiatives that recognize and reward employee contributions and achievements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that employee engagement strategies align with company goals and values.
Develop and manage internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of engagement programs and adjust strategies as needed.

Hiring & Recruitment:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop role-specific job descriptions.
Utilize various recruiting platforms (job boards, social media, professional networks) to source potential candidates.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Conduct reference checks and facilitate offer negotiations.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process, coordinating with relevant teams to welcome and integrate new hires effectively.
Maintain recruitment data and provide regular reports on hiring progress
