Hiring Trainee supervisor for Andhra (Tirupati district) Key Responsibilities Productivity Effective Workforce planning for optimum utilization of man-days Makes arrangements for personnel and equipment Provides direction of work, material, equipment, tools, and consumables to workers Ensure timely production as per the production plan Receive and stop materials and supplies received for smelting section Making report of Daily Production of the smelting section Quality Ensure correct composition in batch making (using correct percentage of charcoal, soda ash, mill scale scrap, cast iron dust and lime stone is used in charging) by weighing. Ensure that the critical operating parameters are kept under control Operational Excellence Ensure flame of burner is working properly Supervising operators/labor while tapping and ensuring correct procedure is followed Ensure ladle are empty and ready to use in time and there is no delay in collecting lead due to unavailability of ladle Health, Safety and Environment Ensure everybody is wearing PPE and following the Health and Safety rules and regulations in smelting production floor. Maintain 5 S to keep working area neat and clean and to avoid accidents.
