Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Development:

    • Analyze the organization's structure, processes, and culture to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies that align organizational capabilities with business objectives.
    • Lead initiatives related to change management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Training and Development:

    • Design, implement, and assess training programs that enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and performance.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and provide tailored learning solutions.
    • Develop leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
  • Performance Management:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
    • Provide guidance and support in setting individual and team goals, conducting performance reviews, and managing performance issues.
  • Employee Engagement:

    • Support the creation of employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work culture and enhance employee retention.
    • Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Skill Matrix Development and Maintenance:

    • Design, develop, and maintain the skill matrix for employees across all departments.
    • Collaborate with department heads and managers to assess current employee skills and competencies.
    • Ensure the skill matrix aligns with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
    • Regularly update and modify the skill matrix based on employee performance, training, and business changes.
  • Skills Gap Analysis:

    • Conduct regular skill gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and development within the workforce.
    • Work with HR teams to develop training programs, mentorship, and development opportunities to address skill gaps.
  • Leadership Support:

    • Provide coaching and support to senior leadership in areas such as team development, conflict resolution, and leadership effectiveness.
    • Ensure alignment between leadership behaviours and organizational values.
  • Change Management:

    • Support the organization in managing transitions and changes in structure, processes, and policies.
    • Act as a change agent, helping employees navigate through changes and maintain high morale.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to improve strategies and programs.
