About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee – HR & Admin to support day-to-day operations within our Human Resources and Administration teams. This dual-role traineeship offers exposure to essential HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, as well as administrative responsibilities like facility coordination, office management, and vendor support.

This is a hands-on learning opportunity for someone eager to develop both people management and operational support skills in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities: HR Support Tasks:

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction coordination.
  • Maintain employee records and help update HR databases and spreadsheets.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and HR communication.
  • Track leave records and assist with attendance management.

Administrative Support Tasks:

  • Coordinate office supplies, maintenance requests, and facility needs.
  • Assist in vendor coordination and general office operations.
  • Help manage meeting room scheduling, courier services, and front desk support (if applicable).
  • Support compliance with health, safety, and administrative policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and admin responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, stay proactive, and maintain confidentiality.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
