Key Responsibilities

• Plant Operations Monitoring:

  Assist in monitoring the plant, ensuring smooth and efficient operation, and supporting equipment performance.

• Process Optimization:

  Analyze process data to improve yield, quality, and efficiency under senior guidance.

• Quality Assurance

  : Support in regular sampling, testing, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Preventive Maintenance Support:

  Monitor equipment for issues and collaborate with the maintenance team for scheduled maintenance.

• Record Keeping:

  Maintain accurate logs of plant operations, equipment performance, and production data.

• Troubleshooting:

  Assist in identifying and resolving operational faults or bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

B. Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of plant operations and equipment
• Understanding of quality control principles
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance concepts
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• High attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow under senior guidance
