You will be joining as an Entry level Trainee Engineer in our manufacturing, production, maintenance, and construction training and development program. This role offers a great opportunity for your professional development in operations and manufacturing, where you will work on hands-on projects that directly contribute to the company's success. Your main responsibilities will include: - Supporting manufacturing production processes with all necessary technical requirements. - Developing and enhancing manufacturing processes through product and method improvements. - Planning product and process manufacturing flow, material and labor needs, and quality inspection points. - Creating and updating manufacturing routers and processes. - Supervising and training production employees, as well as monitoring equipment and facilities for proper operations. - Assisting with production, maintenance, and inventory control tasks as needed. - Contributing to the development and qualification of manufacturing processes for new products and continuous improvement initiatives. - Resolving manufacturing and quality-related issues, and reviewing daily production records. - Writing daily reports and performing any other duties as assigned by management. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes, construction department, and intermediate materials. - Demonstrated leadership skills and effective communication abilities. - Familiarity with components, printed circuit boards, and chemistries in electronics manufacturing. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows. - Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Preferred qualifications for this position include: - Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Automation Engineering, or equivalent. - Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding work instructions and documents in English. - Basic spoken English skills.
