Entry level position in trainee engineer as part of our manufacturing, production, maintenance, construction training and development program. Develops and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods. Drives product and process changes to reduce cost and lead time and improve quality and delivery. Contribute to the development, implementation and qualification of manufacturing processes and procedures for new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives. Support the Manufacturing team by resolving manufacturing and quality related issues. Reviews daily production records and quality. Assists with inventory control as needed, including counting and sampling. Writes daily reports. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
