Trainee Engineer

The trainee engineer position is an entry-level opportunity within our manufacturing, production, maintenance, construction training, and development program. You will have the chance to gain valuable experience in operations and manufacturing, working on hands-on projects that directly impact the company's performance and success. Your responsibilities will include developing and enhancing manufacturing processes, driving product and process improvements to reduce costs, lead time, and enhance quality and delivery. Additionally, you will receive mentorship and exposure to corporate operations. Supporting manufacturing production processes with technical requirements. Developing and improving manufacturing processes with product and manufacturing method enhancements. Determining product and process manufacturing flow, material and labor requirements, and quality inspection points. Creating and updating manufacturing routers and processes. Supervising and training production employees, monitoring operations, and assisting when necessary. Monitoring equipment and facility operations, conducting inspections, and addressing maintenance needs. Assisting with production tasks such as loading, unloading, cleaning, and process operations. Contributing to the development, implementation, and qualification of manufacturing processes for new products and continuous improvement initiatives. Resolving manufacturing and quality-related issues, supporting the Manufacturing team. Reviewing daily production records and quality reports, assisting with inventory control. Writing daily reports and performing other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge & Skills: Understanding of manufacturing and production processes. Knowledge of construction department operations. Intermediate materials knowledge and demonstrated leadership abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to read and comprehend written instructions. Knowledge of components, printed circuit boards, and chemistries used in electronics manufacturing. Ability to communicate with suppliers, customers, peers, and manufacturing personnel. Preferred engineering/construction-related skills and experience. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows. Time management skills to meet deadlines effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Automation Engineering, or equivalent. Ability to read and write work documents in English, understand verbal instructions, and speak basic English.
