About the Role:

Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate

  end-to-end training programs

  — plan, organize, and administer training sessions.
• Maintain accurate

  training records

  , attendance, and completion data within the

  Learning Management System (LMS)

  .
• Collaborate with managers to identify

  training needs and skill gaps

  .
• Provide

  administrative and logistical support

  for trainees and onboarding programs.
• Assist with

  new hire orientation

  and induction sessions.
• Collect and analyze

  feedback and survey data

  to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.

Location & Experience:

• Experience:

  1–3 years

  of relevant experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination

• Mode:

  Face-to-Face Interview

• Qualification:

  Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
