As a Trainee Business Development Executive at Swan Solutions located in Mumbai Andheri (Saki Naka), you will be part of a reputable 620+ crore IT Infrastructure and Services organization with over 35 years of experience in serving top BFSI, PSU, and corporate clients. Swan Solutions, headquartered in Mumbai, is a trusted System Integrator known for offering a diverse range of IT hardware, cloud, and networking solutions in collaboration with renowned brands such as HP, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, and NetApp. In this role, we are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart a career in B2B IT Sales. As a Trainee Business Development Executive, you will gain hands-on experience in field sales, client management, and solution-based selling within the IT infrastructure industry. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a degree in B.E / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (IT) / MBA (Sales & Marketing) from the 2024/2025 batch or be a recent graduate. During the 36-month training period, you will receive a stipend ranging from 12,000 to 15,000 per month, with a post-training salary of 46 LPA (including fixed and variable components) based on performance, with an incentive structure of 70:30 or 80:20. Your responsibilities will include conducting 10-15 client meetings per week, generating leads, acquiring new clients, managing relationships, collaborating with technical and logistics teams to deliver IT solutions, driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, and meeting sales targets to contribute to business expansion. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong communication and persuasion skills, be proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn technical concepts, capable of building and maintaining client relationships, presentable, articulate, result-oriented, and comfortable with field sales and client-facing roles. This position involves a work mode that combines office and fieldwork in B2B sales, with workdays from Monday to Friday and timings from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
