Trade Sales Manager

As an experienced Trade Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual trade sales targets in your assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing a strong network of dealers, sub-dealers, and retailers. - Generating secondary sales and monitoring distributor performance. - Conducting regular market visits to assess demand, competition, and opportunities. - Executing trade marketing and promotional activities. - Coordinating with the supply chain and logistics teams for timely product delivery. - Preparing and sharing sales reports and forecasts with the Regional Sales Head. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following qualifications and experience requirements: - Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred). - Experience: 8-10 years of experience in trade/channel sales (Cement, Building Materials, or FMCG sector preferred). Additionally, you should possess the following skills: - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of the local market (Silchar / Agartala). - Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools. - Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from 11 LPA to 13 LPA, along with incentives based on sales performance.
