Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager TRS at our company, you will be instrumental in spearheading the strategy, execution, client success, and expansion of our pan-India TRS vertical within the Travel & Events Industry. Your adeptness in cultivating robust networks, leading teams, and fostering high performance will be pivotal in delivering exceptional corporate experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Business & Strategy: - Drive revenue growth by implementing competitive strategies in line with profitability objectives - Develop and oversee annual business plans, budgets, and performance evaluations - Forge strategic partnerships with hotels, venues, vendors, and corporate clients - Sales & Client Engagement: - Cultivate and expand key client relationships while acquiring new clients across diverse geographies - Provide guidance and support to sales teams to ensure attainment of revenue targets - Collaborate with decision-makers to ensure optimal client satisfaction and long-term retention - Event Leadership: - Supervise the end-to-end execution of TRS events encompassing budgeting, planning, execution, and post-event assessment - Manage centralized sales operations, mentor regional teams, and drive operational efficiency - Ensure all events are executed in alignment with the brand, budget, and schedule - Market Insight & Collaboration: - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt to dynamic market shifts - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service and operational alignment Qualifications Required: - Experience: Minimum 4 years in TRS Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity - Industry Background: Background in Travel Management Company (TMC) or Corporate/Event Management firm - Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or Tourism; MBA is preferred If you are passionate about Events, Travel, and Operational Excellence, and possess skills in Strategic & Financial Acumen, Destination Knowledge & Global Market Insight, Executive-level Client Engagement, as well as Strong Negotiation, Communication & Contracting Skills, we welcome you to apply for this role.
