Fly Finance is a dynamic and fast-growing financial services firm specializing in cross border
payments, International Bank accounts. We have been We have initiated Trade forex for all
inwards with a focus on SME/MSME segment .
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to
join our Trade Forex team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of forex markets,
a strong network in the trading and financial community, and a proven ability to generate leads,
close deals, and drive revenue growth.
• P&L responsibility for trade forex in the designated region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Trade Forex and related financial
services- candidates with existing network of SME/MSME exporters would be added
advantage.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive client retention and long-term
growth.
• Present and promote Fly Finances forex products and services to prospective clients and
partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Coordinate with the central team for the any product related improvement based on
market needs
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans for revenue targets.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade forex , sales, business development in
financial services or products.
• Solid understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and industry regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
