• Maintain

  daily trade MIS

  – P&L, margin utilization, drawdown tracking, and risk monitoring.
• Reconcile trades with

  broker contract notes and software reports

• Update

  MProfit and Excel/Google Sheets trackers

  daily.
• Prepare

  end-of-day and monthly MIS reports

  for management review.
• Ensure compliance with defined

  risk management guidelines

  (exposure limits, stop-loss rules, allocation caps).
• Support quarterly/annual reconciliations for

  audit and compliance

• 1–4 years of experience

  in a

  broker back-office, trading desk, or family office

  , especially in reporting/reconciliation roles.

• Advanced Excel skills

  (Pivot, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
• Hands-on experience with

  broker software & trade reporting tools

  (e.g., ODIN, NOW, NEST, or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of

  Equity and F&O trading instruments

  (calls, puts, futures, margin, MTM).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and discipline in daily reporting.
• Ability to work in a

  long-term, stable role

  focused on reporting (not front-office trading).
