Job Overview:

We are looking for a Tracking Executive with solid experience in Amazon logistics and Amazon Relay systems. The candidate will be responsible for real-time vehicle tracking, trip monitoring, delay resolution, and daily coordination between drivers, clients, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should understand Amazon SOPs, Relay app processes, and case handling for on-road issues, PODs, and trip compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor all vehicles and trips in real-time using GPS and Amazon Relay platforms.
• Handle Amazon trip creation, tracking, and completion on the Relay app.
• Ensure on-time check-ins, departures, and arrivals for all assigned trips.
• Manage delay cases, route deviations, and escalation handling with Amazon control towers.
• Coordinate with drivers and fleet teams to resolve breakdowns, detentions, or load-related issues.
• Upload and verify PODs, VRIDs, and trip completion proofs on Amazon systems.
• Maintain daily reports for trips, performance, and exceptions.
• Communicate proactively with Amazon operations teams and ensure all SLAs are met.
• Keep record of detention, delay, and penalty cases and follow up for resolutions.
• Support the operations team in planning and scheduling vehicle movement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in transport tracking or logistics operations.
• Mandatory: Experience in Amazon Relay / Amazon Transportation Services.
• Strong understanding of Amazon load boards, VRID, POD submission, and trip compliance.
• Good communication and coordination skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle pressure situations and escalations calmly and efficiently.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking software and Excel-based reporting.
• Must be comfortable working in shifts (including night monitoring) if required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Amazon, Flipkart, or Bluedart logistics tracking.
• Knowledge of detention claims, route management, and SLA monitoring.
• Basic understanding of transport fleet operations and vehicle documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
