Job Description

We are looking for a skilled TPO/Senior Business Analyst with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore and Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the telecom domain, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with CRM systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain process documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Provide billing support system expertise to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand eTOM processes and levels.
Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of TPO-Business Analyst principles and practices.
Experience working with CRM systems and billing support systems.
Familiarity with Etom and telecom domain is desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Notice period: 0-60 days.
Education: BE, Btech, ME Mtech, MCA.
