Tour Sales Executive

Main Responsibilities:

·

·       Promote, sell, and upsell tour packages, flights, hotels, and travel services.​

·       Provide expert travel advice and customized recommendations based on client needs.​

·       Handle booking processes, create travel itineraries, and ensure accurate reservations.​

·       Negotiate contracts with clients and travel suppliers, ensuring clear terms.​

·       Meet sales targets and key performance indicators.​

·       Stay current on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.​

·       Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns and attend sales events.​

·       Resolve client issues promptly, including complaints and cancellations.

Skills Required:

·       Strong sales and negotiation skills for closing deals and maximizing revenue.​

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and proposals.​

·       Customer service orientation with active listening and empathy.​

·       In-depth product and destination knowledge to provide informed recommendations.​

·       Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences.​

·       Organizational skills for managing bookings, records, and schedules.​

·       Technological proficiency with CRM systems, booking platforms, and digital communication tools.
