Tour Sales Executive

Role Overview: As an Indian Wildlife Tours Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to promote and sell tour packages to potential clients. You will need to identify their needs, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Your goal is to generate revenue by effectively communicating the features and benefits of various tour packages. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages. - Handle inquiries from walk-in clients, phone calls, and online platforms. - Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and client referrals. - Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business. - Collaborate with travel vendors to negotiate the best rates. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Attend tourism fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events. - Maintain customer data and sales reports using CRM software. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field. - 2-3 years of experience in travel sales or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong knowledge of travel destinations, visa processes, and travel industry trends. - Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office, and CRM tools. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Passion for travel and customer service.
