Tour Sales Executive

Job Description

As an ‘Indian Wildlife Tours’ Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling tour packages to individuals, groups, and businesses. Your primary goal will be to generate revenue by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and effectively communicating the features and benefits of various tour packages. You will work closely with customers to create customized itineraries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a seamless booking experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and participate in sales events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages.
• Handle inquiries from walk-in clients, phone calls, and online platforms.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
• Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with travel vendors, airlines, and hotels to negotiate the best rates.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend tourism fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
• Maintain customer data and sales reports using CRM software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in travel sales or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, visa processes, and travel industry trends.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Passion for travel and customer service.

Experience:

1-2 years experience in the Tourism industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

Degree/Diploma in travel/tourism from recognized university OR one to two years working experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
